Stephenson Counties through 145 AM CDT...

At 103 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Rock City to near St. Donatus. Movement
was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds 30 to 40 mph. Very heavy rainfall is also occurring
         with some areas receiving an inch or more in less than an
         hour.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Freeport, Galena, Lena, Stockton, Warren, Hanover, Pearl City,

At 203 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northwest of Oelwein to near Jesup to 8
miles south of Hudson. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph. Torrential rainfall with amounts
         of over 1 inch in less than an hour.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
