Snow squalls will move quickly eastward early this morning from northeast Ohio into northwest Pennsylvania and impact the northwest Alleghenies between 7AM and 9AM. Moderate to heavy snow will combine with strong/gusty winds to greatly reduce visibilities within the squalls. This will likely lead to brief whiteout conditions and dangerous travel for 30-60 minutes in any given location as the snow squalls move through. The snow squalls will impact portions of U.S. Route 6 and Route 219. There is no safe place on a highway during a snow squall. MRS/JRB/MRC

along a line extending from 17 miles northwest of Wellsboro to near
Emporium and moving east at 55 MPH.
THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR...
