Clarendon and southeastern Orangeburg Counties through 1215 PM EST...

At 1152 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles east of Manning to near Santee Cooper
Regional Airport. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
