Worcester County through 300 PM EDT...

At 222 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a developing thunderstorm
over Phillipston, or 7 miles east of Orange, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Strong winds could cause minor damage such as downed
         branches.
