...A cluster of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will impact the
south coast of Rhode Island and Massachusetts through 430 AM...

At 330 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
thunderstorms south of the coast moving northeast at 45 mph. These
storms will impact the south coast of Rhode Island and
Massachusetts though 430 AM. Rainfall rates of 0.50 to 1 inch per
hour will accompany these storms and may result in some minor
street flooding.

Motorists should be alert for ponding of waters on roadways.
