* Until 1130 PM CDT.
    
* At 1106 PM CDT, a tornado producing storm was located over
  Riceville, or 14 miles east of Osage, moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
