There is a chance for thunderstorms this evening into tonight. Any
thunderstorms will be capable of producing locally heavy downpours.

There is a chance for additional showers and thunderstorms Saturday,
especially during the morning, but the threat for severe storms is
low.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the eastern Catskills, Mid
Hudson Valley, and the Taconics in eastern New York, Berkshire
County in western Massachusetts, Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut,
and Windham County in southern Vermont.

There is a chance for thunderstorms late this evening into tonight.
Any thunderstorms will be capable of producing locally heavy
downpours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

There is a chance for additional thunderstorms Saturday. Some storms
Saturday afternoon could be strong to severe, with damaging winds
being the primary threat. The Storm Prediction Center has a marginal
to slight risk of severe thunderstorms over the area.   Heavy
downpours may also result in ponding of water in urban and low lying
areas as well.
