* At 357 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 4 miles southeast of Chance, or 26 miles north of 
  Faith, moving north at 35 mph. At 352 PM MDT a tornado was 
  reported about 23 miles north-northwest of Faith.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
