  Northeastern Meade County in west central South Dakota...

* Until 315 PM MDT.
    
* At 244 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 6 miles north of Marcus, or 22 miles southwest of
  Faith, moving north at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of 
  northeastern Meade County, southwest of Faith approximately 10 
  miles west of Highway 73.

At 253 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles southeast of Opal, or 17 miles southwest of
Faith, moving north at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of 
northeastern Meade County, southwest of Faith, approximately 10 
miles west of Highway 79.
