* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow evening to a crest of 19.2 feet early Saturday morning. 
  It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday morning.

* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  tonight to a crest of 26.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then 
  fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet, moderate flooding of rural lands occurs 
  from Skiatook to Turley. Highway 20 east of Skiatook is 
  impassable. Some minor flooding of streets in east Skiatook may
