* Flood Warning for
  the Bird Creek at Avant.
* Until tomorrow afternoon.
* At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 14.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this evening to a crest of 21.0 feet just after midnight tonight. 
  It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet, moderate flooding of farmland occurs along 
  the floodplain of Bird Creek downstream from Avant. County roads 
  west of Highway 11 may be flooded.
