* Flood Warning for
  the Neosho River near Commerce.
* From Friday evening to early Monday afternoon.
* At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow evening to a crest of 17.8 feet early Sunday morning. It 
  will then fall below flood stage Monday morning.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs. 
  Riverview Park experiences minor flooding.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs with 
  Riverview Park experiencing minor to moderate flooding. Low lying 
  places around Miami may be cut off from easy access.
