  West central Coffey County in east central Kansas...
  Southern Lyon County in east central Kansas...

* Until 245 AM CDT.

* At 206 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southeast
  of Emporia, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 204 AM CDT Emporia Municipal 
           Airport measured a wind gust of 64 mph.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Emporia, Olpe, Hartford and Neosho Rapids. 

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 142.
 Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 123 and 132.
