* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.7 feet 
  late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from 
  Morrowville to Washington flood.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile 
  north of Washington, floods.
