  Southern Henry County in southeastern Alabama...
  Northeastern Houston County in southeastern Alabama...
  West central Early County in southwestern Georgia...

* Until 545 AM EDT/445 AM CDT/.
    
* At 508 AM EDT/408 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of
  producing a tornado was located over Kinsey, or near Dothan, moving
  east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
