Wakulla, southeastern Liberty and northeastern Franklin Counties
through 1130 AM EDT...

At 1048 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles north of Carrabelle, moving west at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Carrabelle, Morgan Place, Mcintyre, Yent Place, Lanark Village,
Sanborn, Curtis Mill and Carrabelle Beach.

miles west of Carrabelle. This storm was nearly stationary.
