...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Jackson
and northeastern Calhoun Counties in the Panhandle of Florida,
western Gadsden and north central Liberty Counties in Big Bend of
Florida, southwestern Decatur and southeastern Seminole Counties in
southwestern Georgia through 1100 PM EDT/1000 PM CDT/...

At 1029 PM EDT/929 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm over Chattahoochee, or 19 miles northwest of Quincy,
moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
