* Until 645 PM MDT.

* At 332 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across tributaries draining into the Beaver River. 
  Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BEAVER COUNTY...

At 453 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across 
portions of Minersville. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have 
fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
         flash flooding.

The heavy rain has ended. Runoff and ponding from earlier heavy 
rainfall is expected to continue to decrease through the evening 
hours. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please 
continue to heed any road closures.

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM MDT for portions 
of southern Utah and southwest Utah.
