  Northern Schleicher County in west central Texas...

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 1217 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. Additional heavy rainfall will cause flash flooding of 
  streams, low water crossings and streets.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.
