* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Tom Green County in west central Texas...

* Until 1030 AM CDT.

* At 835 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. at 8:10 AM CDT, law enforcement 
  reported several streets flooded and a few cars stranded in San 
  Angelo. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen across 
  western and northern parts of San Angelo. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
