* Until 845 AM CDT.
* At 653 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. Additional heavy rainfall will cause flash flooding of
low water crossings and significant street flooding. Also, the Red
Arroyo will probably have fast swift flowing water.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen mainly across the northwest parts of San Angelo. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Additional heavy
rainfall will cause flooding of creeks, low water crossings and
streets.
