* At 502 PM CDT, local law enforcement reports flooding on small 
  streams, streets and low water crossings across Fisher, Jones and 
  Shackleford counties. Light to moderate rainfall will continue 
  this evening, with the heaviest over Shackleford County, and the 
  potential for more flooding.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Abilene, Stamford, Anson, Hamlin, Albany, Rotan, Roby, Hawley, 
  Lueders, Moran, Avoca, Nugent, Noodle, Neinda, Mccaulley, Hamby,
