  Southwestern Haskell County in west central Texas...
  Northern Jones County in west central Texas...

* Until 145 PM CDT.

* At 1032 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2 inches of rainfall has 
  already fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches of additional 
  rainfall is expected through 2 PM.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
