heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

FOR NORTHEASTERN BARRY, NORTHWESTERN CHRISTIAN, SOUTHEASTERN
LAWRENCE AND NORTHWESTERN STONE COUNTIES...
At 932 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2
and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1
to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
already occurring with at least one water rescue occurring. Urban
flooding is also likely in the cities of Aurora, Marionville and
Crane.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
