.Persistent light to moderate rainfall continues over the basin at 
this hour. Expect the river to rise above flood stage tonight with 
flooding persisting through at least early Monday morning before 
receding below flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
