...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN APPOMATTOX AND
NORTHERN CHARLOTTE COUNTIES...
At 359 PM EDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorm were located over
Evergreen, or near Appomattox, moving southeast at 10 mph.

Locally heavy rain will quickly reduce visibility and result in
ponding of water on roadways, standing water in low lying areas, and
minor flooding of creeks, streams, and areas of poor drainage.
