At 208 PM EDT, heavy rain showers, and a few thunderstorms were clustered over Piney Creek, or near Mouth Of Wilson, moving northeast at 15 mph. This area received over 2 to 3 inches yesterday, and additional heavy rainfall will likely cause low lying flooding, and ponded water on roads. Locations impacted include... Jefferson... At 211 PM EDT, one thunderstorm was located near Dublin, moving
northeast at 20 mph. The other thunderstorm was located near Max
Meadows, moving northeast at 20 mph.

can strike out to 10 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can
hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move
