...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Cabell,
southwestern Putnam and northwestern Lincoln Counties through 400 PM
EDT...

At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles west of Hamlin, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hamlin, Hurricane, Milton, Culloden, West Hamlin, Salt Rock,
Griffithsville, Sweetland, Branchland and Myra.

This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 27
and 32.
