  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  Central Braxton County in north central West Virginia...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 459 PM EDT, Moderate rainfall is still occurring and rainfall 
  in the amounts of 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen across the 
  warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.50 inch are 
  possible. Flash flooding is ongoing over multiple roads including 
  Cutlip Fork Rd and Rt 4 south end of Gassaway. Also, multiple 
  areas of Exchange Road are impassable due to high water in the 
  town of Exchange.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
