Central Wayne County in western West Virginia...
* Until 245 PM EDT.
* At 1137 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

At 120 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding in East Lynn
due to thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
Around 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall is still
expected in the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to continue.
