the warned area. Even though the heavy rain has ended flash flooding
is already occurring on Panther Lane, Rt 21 near Walters Run and
Flatwoods Rd in Jackson County. Heed any other remaining road
closures.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
