  South Central Chaffee County in central Colorado...

* Until 545 PM MDT.

* At 236 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain in Poncha Creek. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of 
  rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. A mudslide has been reporting on 285 near mile marker 
  125, which is blocking southbound traffic.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

AFTERNOON FOR SOUTH CENTRAL CHAFFEE COUNTY...

At 336 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain in Poncha Creek. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain 
has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. 
A mudslide has been reporting on 285 near mile marker 125, which is 
blocking southbound traffic.
