* Flash Flood Warning for...
  The Decker Burn Scar in...
  Southeastern Chaffee County in central Colorado...
  Western Fremont County in central Colorado...

* Until 645 PM MDT.

* At 349 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain over the Decker Burn Scar. Up to 0.5 inches of rain 
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 
  hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar may result in debris flow 
moving through the Bear Creek and Loggy Creek. The debris flow can 
consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding in and around the Decker Burn
           Scar.

anticipated across roads. Roads and driveways may be washed away in 
places. If you encounter flood waters...climb to safety.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

SOUTHEASTERN CHAFFEE AND WESTERN FREMONT COUNTIES...

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures. Light rain is still falling over the burn scar, but 
flash flooding is not expected at this time.

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM MDT Tuesday for 
portions of central Colorado, south central Colorado and southeast 
Colorado.
