PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
this morning to a crest of 19.8 feet later this morning. It will
then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...Above 20.0 feet, water begins to surround houses at the
'Little Albany' community on Highway 34 near Milepost 8.
Widespread pasture and dairy land flooding can be expected.
Flooding of numerous roads along and near the river occurs at this
level.
