* At 1247 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over King Of Prussia, or 12 miles northeast of
  West Chester, moving northeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

At 1258 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over King Of Prussia, or 13 miles northwest of
Philadelphia, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Philadelphia, Norristown, West Norriton, East Norriton, Conshohocken,
King Of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Bridgeport, West Conshohocken,
Blue Bell, Flourtown and Wyndmoor.
