  Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  East Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 430 AM EDT.

* At 1231 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 
  1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Norristown, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, 
  Westtown, Doylestown, Conshohocken, Ambler, Chalfont, Hatfield, 
  and King Of Prussia.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM EDT EARLY THIS 
MORNING FOR CENTRAL BUCKS, EAST CENTRAL CHESTER, CENTRAL DELAWARE, 
AND CENTRAL MONTGOMERY COUNTIES...

At 135 AM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain 
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are 
possible in the warned area. A number of road closures and water 
rescues have been reported in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
