* At 441 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Dover Beaches North, or 11 miles east of Toms
  River, moving northwest at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

northwest at 25 mph.
