...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern New Castle,
northwestern Cumberland and Salem Counties through 115 AM EDT...

At 1248 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Bear to Port Penn to near Newport Meadows.
Movement was north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
