northwestern Montgomery and northeastern Chester Counties through 115

At 1232 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
New Morgan, or 10 miles east of New Holland, moving northeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
