...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN NEW CASTLE...
NORTHWESTERN KENT AND NORTHEASTERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 334 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Middletown,
moving southeast at 30 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.
