* Until 1000 PM EDT.
* At 550 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with rain fall
amount exceeding one inch in the last hour. An additional inch or
so is possible. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hackettstown, Washington, Belvidere, Oxford, Hope, Great
Meadows-Vienna, Brass Castle, Beatyestown, and Allamuchy-Panther
Valley.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
