...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL CHESTER AND
SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 117 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Marshallton, or
near West Chester, moving east at 10 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
West Chester, Westtown, Elam and West Goshen.
