  Central Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 154 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has 
  fallen in spots.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Newton, Dover, Hopatcong, Kinnelon, Hackettstown, 
  Boonton, Butler, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, and Mount 
  Arlington.
