* At 306 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Northampton,
  or near Allentown, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

miles northwest of Easton, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is 
         possible.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty
winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

northwestern New Jersey...and eastern and northeastern Pennsylvania.
