* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 155 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Clinton, or
  15 miles west of Somerville, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. Downed trees and power outages 
           were reported with this cell over eastern Pennsylvania.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to 
           roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.
