* At 724 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over
Allamuchy-Panther Valley, or 9 miles south of Newton, moving east
at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

reports of downed trees over southern Monroe County from
around Bartonsville to Stroudsburg.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
