The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* Until noon EDT.

* At 715 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the 
  warned area, especially in Brick Township and Manasquan. Between 1 
  and 2 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall 
  expected this morning.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood, 
  Barnegat, Tinton Falls, Red Bank, Beachwood, Manasquan, Highlands, 
  and Point Pleasant Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
