  Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned 
  area. The Neshanic River at Reaville was rapidly approaching flood 
  stage. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding is 
  expected to continue through the morning.

MIDDLESEX, SOUTHWESTERN SOMERSET, AND SOUTHEASTERN HUNTERDON 
COUNTIES...

Flooding will continue in parts of Somerset County along the 
Millstone River and the Raritan River.  Those rivers remain under a 
Flood Warning.  Otherwise, flood waters have receded elsewhere in 
the area.
