  Northwestern Washita County in western Oklahoma...
  Southwestern Custer County in western Oklahoma...
  East central Beckham County in western Oklahoma...

* Until 715 PM CDT.
    
* At 651 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles north of Retrop, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Burns Flat, Dill City, Canute, Bessie, Foss, Foss Reservoir and
  Stafford.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 44 and 62.
