Warning for the following rivers in Oklahoma...

  Little River near Tecumseh affecting Seminole and Pottawatomie 
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

  the Little River near Tecumseh.
* Until Tuesday morning.
* At 2:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 8.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Little River is expected to rise above flood stage 
  late this afternoon to a crest of 11.7 feet this evening. It will 
  then fall below flood stage late tonight.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Flooding to depths of 1 foot occurs over 
  croplands... pastures... and rural roads along the river. The area 
  affected is entirely rural... and downstream of Lake Thunderbird...
   from near Macomb in Pottawatomie County to near Bowlegs in 
  western Seminole County.

* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 8:30 PM CDT Monday was 11.4 feet.
* Forecast...The Little River is expected to fall below flood stage 
  just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 7.0 feet 
  Saturday evening.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, Low-lying croplands... pastures... and 
  rural roads may experience shallow flooding or be isolated by 
  deeper water in overflow channels cutting across the flood plain. 
  The area affected is entirely rural... and downstream of Lake 
  Thunderbird... from near Macomb in Pottawatomie County to near 
  Bowlegs in western Seminole County.
